The breakfast had lots of options, including cereals, fruit and toast. I booked compact and individual room with a terrace, a single bed, as for instance. The staff were pleasant from arrival to departure.

Excellent Location, just 2-3min walk from Paddington. It felt safe and the room and bathroom were very clean. Receptionist was patient, helpful and friendly. And it is a quiet neighborhood. Read some reviews that it could get noisy but doesnt seem to be the case for me. It was all peaceful and quiet.
We thought that the breakfast can be better. Previously stayed at another b&b in norfolk square and felt that their english breakfast was a winner.
